So one thing I love about the Starbucks app is getting free apps to download. I usually download them all just to have them (and delete them if I don’t need them at the moment, but at least I will always have access to them). If you’ve heard of the Five-Minute Journal, it is amazing and I am obsessed with it. It’s all about focusing on beginning and ending your day with positive energy by listing a few positive things to keep yourself thinking more optimistically. I tend to be generally positive, but not exactly the happiest all the time. I tend to let little things really bug me in a big way. This has slowly started to help me with that which is something I didn’t even think it would do! There is also a physical journal you can buy if you don’t want to get the app.
