Rhubarb Grapefruit Lemonade

Simple Syrup
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
Rhubarb Grapefruit lemonade
  • 6 large lemons
  • 1 large pink grapefruit
  • ¾ cup rhubarb syrup rhubarb syrup
  • ½ cup simple syrup (or to tate)
  • 5 cups cold water
  • 8-10 mint leaves
  1. In a saucepan, mix and heat the sugar and water together until the sugar is dissolved. Remove and allow to cool.
  2. Squeeze the lemons and grapefruit into a large pitcher.
  3. Add the rhubarb syrup and simple syrup. Mix well.
  4. Add the cold water and mint leaves. Stir and serve cold.
