These easy Greek tuna wraps is a tasty lunch adults and kids love! Cut into fun pinwheels for a healthy lunch for the kids!
So it is probably no secret that I am a huge fan of seafood. I feel like most of my savory recipes lately feature seafood. Did you see my tasty salmon tacos? What about my Thai tuna bowl? Well I am back with another recipe featuring my favorite tuna!
Bumble Bee tuna is one of my go-to lunches. It is a lean protein with healthy fats (you can check out nutritional info here) and won’t weigh me down while I am running around in the kitchen. Typically, I like to eat it with some avocado on crackers, but now my daughter is starting kindergarten, I am trying new recipe that I can include in her lunch box. These Greek tuna wraps were a winner with her and will definitely be making frequent appearances in her lunches!
One of the reasons I love Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore is that is is more solid and hearty compared to a chunk light tuna. It tastes more substantial, and let’s be honest, looks a ton better when you open up the can! This is super helpful for me because I actually cut out a lot from my diet recently and am eating a ton more seafood in my personal life! (gotta balance out all the ice cream, right?)
You can easily customize this recipe for your kid’s tastes. Don’t like olives? Forget ’em! Think avocados are weird? Toss ’em! Onions too much for you? Leave ’em at the door! Honestly, if the Greek tuna wraps were just plain ol’ Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore and tzatziki, my daughter and I would still be happy campers!
To make this easier for your kids to eat at school, I recommend cutting the Greek tuna wraps into pinwheels and packing them tightly so they don’t fall apart. I find the tzatziki does a pretty good job of keeping the wraps closed, but you can never be too careful when kids are involved. If yours are anything like mine, that lunch box will be swinging all around and banging against every single surface imaginable. So gotta make sure everything is secure!

- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 1/2 cloves or garlic
- 1 cup plan Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon fresh chopped dill
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- Finely dice the cucumbers. Press between a few paper towels to remove excess liquid.
- Finely dice the garlic.
- Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.
- Leave in the refrigerator to let the flavors infuse for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
