A tasty Greek tuna wrap that makes an incredibly easy and healthy lunch - kid approved!

Greek Tuna Wraps

Greek tuna wraps make a quick and tasty lunch that kids and adults both love!



  1. Place the tortillas on a flat surface. Drop half the tzattziki in a dollop in the middle of one tortilla and spread out, leaving a 1-inch border around the tortilla.
  2. Top with half the sliced red onions, cucumber matchsticks, avocado (if using), quartered tomatoes, tuna, olives (if using), spinach, and crumbled feta. It is best if you lay out the ingredients in rows on the left one-third of the tortilla, being mindful of staying within the tzatziki border you created. Top with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Fold in the top and bottom of the wrap (where the shorter edge of your filling is). Then roll up the wrap starting at the end closest to your filling. Try to wrap as tightly as possible.
  4. Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining filling ingredients.
