Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt together. In another bowl, mix together the eggs, oil, and extracts and beat well.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour the batter onto the baking sheet and spread out to the edges with an offset spatula.
Bake for 14 - 16 minutes. Remove. The brownies will still feel soft. Quickly score the brownies randomly to make it easier to cut.
Spread the white chocolate over the hot brownie and leave it for a minute. (you can place it in the warmed oven for about 30 seconds to speed things up). Spread the white chocolate with an offset spatula.
Crush the Oreos, leaving larger chunks and sprinkle over the white chocolate while it is still melted. Allow to cool and harden - about 20 minutes. Break apart with your hands or a knife.
