Ingredients

semisweet chocolate

granulated sugar

large eggs
room temperature

teaspoon
pure vanilla extract

Dutch-processed cocoa
½
cup
all-purpose flour
½
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Melt the butter and chocolate together on low heat. Stir continuously until the mixture is well combined.
Add the sugar and mix well
Beat in the eggs and vanilla until well-combined.
Fold in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Stir until just combined.
Bake for 28 - 30 minutes in 10-inch skillet, or about 18 minutes or mini skillets.
Remove from heat and allow to cool for a few minutes (just so it is not scalding) before digging in!
Notes
Best served fresh from the oven. Adjust baking times if you are using different sized skillets.
