Instructions
Carefully peel the outer skin of the orange, leaving the white part of the skin still attached to the orange.
Add the orange skin and remaining ingredients to a large pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes to concentrate the flavors.
Strain out the orange skin and spices.
Serve warm.
