Ingredients

semi sweet chocolate

tablespoon
cocoa powder

teaspoons
brown sugar

teaspoon
cornstarch

teaspoon
cayenne pepper
pinch
of salt

whole milk
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients except for the milk into a small saucepan and mix well.
Add ¼ cup of the milk to the pan and heat on medium high. Stir constantly until the chocolate is melted and fully incorporated into the milk.
Slowly continue to add the milk ¼ cup at a time until it is all added, stirring constantly.
Continue to heat until it is just about to simmer. Do not bring to a boil.
Serve hot.
Notes
Top with whipped cream or marshmallows!
