Mix together the chestnuts, honey and sugar together. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes. Take out and set aside.
In a mixer, mix together the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, mix together the salt and flour, then slowly add the flour to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon, set aside.
Fold in the chocolate chips and chestnuts.
Line the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment. Place half the batter in and then layer with half the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Pour the rest of the batter in the pan then top with the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture. Sprinkle some fleur de sel over the batter. Press down lightly on the cinnamon sugar mixture so it sticks to the batter.
Bake for about 30 - 35 minutes. The center should be set, but still a little gooey. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
