1 ½teaspoonspeppermint extractoptional
Instructions
Place the white chocolate and milk in a saucepan and heat on medium-low and stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted into the milk.
Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve hot.
Notes
Tip: Sometimes the matcha can be hard to mix in, so you can use a blender to mix in the matcha powder to the milk before making your drink or use an immersion blender after you've already begun making your drink (which is what I ended up doing).
