Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
Mash your bananas in a bowl and set aside.
Beat the butter and sugar together until light. Add in the eggs and beat well before mixing in the extracts.
Beat in the bananas, and peanut butter, then mix until thoroughly incorporated.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt together. Slowly mix in the flour and mix until just incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for approximately 55 - 65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean after being inserted in the middle of the loaf. You may need to cover the loaf with aluminum foil after about 40 minutes to prevent over-browning.
Notes
Check the bread after 50 minutes with a toothpick and 5 minutes after that to prevent overbaking the bread which will leave you with a dry, crumbly loaf.
