goat cheese

heavy cream

teaspoon
honey
plus extra for optional drizzling

prosciuto
Instructions
Cut down the length of the figs in one direction, then another to create an X.
Mix together the goat cheese, cream, and honey together. Stuff the figs with the goat cheese.
Cut the slices of prosciutto into quarters, loosely roll, and stuff into the figs
Drizzle with honey if desired.
Serve chilled
