Mix together the almond milk, yogurt, and honey together. You can mix this in a bowl, food processor, or blender. I used a blender for faster mixing and easier pouring.
Pour the milk mixture into the popsicle molds. Evenly distribute the fruit and granola into the molds, using a butter knife to mix them in. Due to the thickness of the milk and yogurt, the fruit and granola will not sink to the bottom of the molds.
Freeze for about 1 ½ hours. Stick the popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze until solid - about another 3 - 4 hours.
To remove the popsicle sticks, briefly place the molds under warm water, then pull out.
