Mix together the coffee and espresso, then mix in the cocoa powder, sugar, and Kahlua. Mix well until the sugar and cocoa powder is completely dissolved.
Pour into a 9 x 13 baking pan and allow to cool to room temperature.
Freeze for about 30 minutes, then break apart with a fork. Repeat about five more times until the mixture is light and like shaved ice.
Serve in cups or bowls, and top with fresh whipped cream.
