DIY Coffee Coolatta

This refreshing frozen coffee is full of nostalgic deliciousness thanks to the malt powder and cookei crumbs. The perfect way to keep cool and ready for the day ahead!

Ingredients
  

Coffee

  • 1 cup milk or dairy alternative
  • 2 tbsp Highground Instant Coffee
  • 2 ½ tbsp malt powder
  • 2 - 2 ½ cups ice
  • ¼ cup vanilla simple syrup

Topping

  • ⅔ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp malt powder
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp crushed shortbread cookie

Instructions
 

  • Add the ingredients for the drink into your blender and blend on high for at least 45 seconds to 1 minute, or until the ice is fully blended into the drink.
  • Pour into your glasses
  • Add the heavy cream, malt powder, powdered sugar, and vanilla to a small bowl and whip until it forms soft peaks.
  • Top the drinks with cream and then finish with the crushed cookies.
  • Serve immediately
