    Chunky Monkey Coffee Creamer

    Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

Your morning coffee just got a chocolaty, fruity makeover with this chunky monkey coffee creamer. Chocolate coffee creamer with notes of banana and a nutty undertone. You've never had coffee this tasty and fun before!

Chocolate banana coffee creamer with cashew milk. This chunky monkey coffee creamer is the best way to dress up your coffee!

I am still trying to find my groove with my daughter in school. The over achiever in me wants to be the mom that signs her up for all the activities and chaperones things and joins the PTA. The procrastinator in me is having a hard time learning how to keep up with my ambitions. I've been finding small ways to make my routine more streamlined to make it easier for me to stay on the ball and crush this whole mom thing. Example one: I've chosen a simple hair style I can do in minutes and look presentable without too much though. Example two: I discovered the genius of having to-go cups for me to have my coffee while I take my daughter places. Seems simple, right? Well, it took me forever to have this light bulb moment.

Since then, I've been experimenting with different coffee creamers, and even making a few of my own. I love trying out decadent and new flavors. I noticed that none of them have anything fruity in flavor, and didn't really know why. I think it's a market that definitely needs to be tapped into. This chunky monkey coffee creamer is perfect for someone like me who is still basically a novice coffee drinker and prefers their coffee sweeter with a bit more happening. It is chocolaty with really nice notes of banana which really works well in the coffee. I used cashew milk for some nuttiness and to add to the creaminess of the creamer. It's like having a mini dessert without too many extra calories.

It's like dessert in a glass.. this chunky monkey coffee creamer is the tastiest thing you will do to your coffee

I love making myself a quick coffee with this chunky monkey coffee creamer because you don't need to add anything else besides the creamer to your coffee. When I am on my game and really crushing it, I will even make an extra for my mom when we go visit her at the park for our weekend fall picnics. I really love the Dixie® To Go cups because they are perfectly insulated and keep the coffee hot without burning my hands (score!) and allows me to take the time to keep doing those little things that matter most. Like remembering to return those library books before they are late. Or being the first person in the pick up line at school and getting the perfect parking spot.

The best part is that I can just toss the Dixie® To Go  cups in the trash while we are out on the road without any worry or mess. It's the perfect convenience for my new stage in mom life.

To-Go cups are life savers for me with my busy schedule. I never thought about making coffee creamer, but it sounds like an exciting idea. I mean why not, I’m just as creative as the big creamer companies. I like the addition of cashew milk and banana it’s the little things that make me happy 🙂
