    Coconut Lemon Float

A bright, summery coconut lemon float made with coconut sorbet, a splash of gin and QC Malt Lemon Shrubs. This delicious cocktail recipe will be your new go-to.

There is nothing quite like this coconut lemon float cocktail.

According to a furry woodland creature, we are expecting 6 more weeks of winter. That's...wonderful. Just the best news a person can hear. Right?

Honestly, I am not actually that bothered because I can already feel the signs that spring is fast approaching. I am very patiently waiting. Maybe not so patiently? I mean, I did just create this incredible coconut lemon float cocktail that I can't get enough of. Sure, you can have it all year and citrus is technically a winter fruit, but let's be honest. There are definite warm month vibes going on here.

An irresistible coconut lemon float cocktail recipe

I think boozy floats are the bees knees and this coconut lemon float is no exception. It starts with a splash of gin (I prefer something that's a little more floral) and a touch of lime. Then, it's paired with coconut sorbet before being topped with a generous amount of QC Malt Lemon Shrubs hard soda.

I was so excited to hear about the lemon shrubs drink because I am kind of in love with shrubs. Unlike traditional shrubs, QC Malt's Lemon Shrubs is a malt beverage with a splash of vinegar. So it does have some of that signature bite that I adore, but it is tamed down to appeal to all tastes. So if you aren't sure about shrubs, this would be the perfect way to get into it.
