    Blackberry Prosecco Mojitos

    Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

Light and refreshing blackberry prosecco mojitos will be the drink of choice for your spring and summer gatherings. This tasty cocktail is simple to make and packs a lot of flavor.

I love attending and hosting get togethers with my friends. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than sharing something that I truly love with them and have them share with people they know. After making my blackberry lime cupcakes, I was inspired to make a cocktail with the same flavors and a blackberry prosecco mojito immediately came to mind when I noticed my mint was growing rampant in the garden.

It's no secret that my guy pal and I are in love with VOVETI prosecco (he recently started stocking it at the restaurant he works at). so it was a natural fit to use it in this blackberry prosecco mojito. The crisp pear, green apple, melon and ripe peach flavors of the VOVETI prosecco works amazingly well for this cocktail to make it a favorite for the warmer months. It is a dry brut DOC Prosecco with tempered acidity and a graceful profile which means it also works for anyone we want to impress. Thankfully, VOVETI happens to be very affordable so we don't have any trouble using to to make cocktails for a crowd.

To make these blackberry prosecco mojitos, I used a blend of blackberry syrup and fresh blackberries to create a nice depth of flavor. The recipe is enough to make a few cocktails, but you can easily scale the recipe up or down as needed. Fortunately, since VOVETI offers smaller bottles, you can also make these mojitos while out on a picnic or other gathering away from home without worrying about leftover prosecco.

The recipe makes 2, so all you have to do is multiply by 3. The blackberry syrup recipe should be enough for what you need as is.
