    Kombucha Moscow Mule

Relax this summer with a kombucha Moscow mule flavored with pineapple. This tropical treat will be the perfect nearly guilt-free way to relax and wind down this summer.

During the summer the one thing I crave after a long, hot day is an ice cold cocktail. I don't indulge often, so I like to make sure that when I do, it is worth it. On a typical day, a Moscow mule isn't a drink that I normally reach for. I'd rather make something like a watermelon margarita or a passion fruit mojito. But when you add in a bit of kombucha and give it a tropical twist, suddenly the Moscow mule sounds like a dream come true.

I love the idea of adding kombucha to a cocktail and a kombucha Moscow mule works incredibly well as most ginger kombuchas have a really powerful ginger kick and plenty of carbonation. It works on many levels, while also making you feel better about indulging a little knowing how good kombucha is for you.

This particular reasoning is exactly why the ladies from the book Eat Clean, Play Dirty created this cocktail. Their book is all about eating clean in a delicious way that will leave you feeling better about yourself inside and out. That is something I can 100% get behind.

What I love is that there is still balance in their book. The recipes are wholesome, but they acknowledge we sometimes need more, so there are also clean desserts and treats for you to eat and a couple of cocktails like this kombucha Moscow mule to enjoy, too.

Even if you aren't fully into the totally clean eating aspect of things, this cocktail is worth sipping on all summer long. And with how quick and easy it is to make, there's really no reason not to try it!
